About Us
Welcome to Diabestie Brand – where every bracelet makes a difference!
Our story begins with Francie, a brave and determined 12-year-old girl who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. As she navigated her new reality, Francie quickly realized that living with diabetes comes with many challenges – not just physically, but financially. The cost of medical supplies like insulin, pumps, and blood glucose monitors can add up quickly, making it difficult for many families to manage their care.
Francie knew something had to be done. So, in an effort to raise money for her own care while supporting others facing similar struggles, she teamed up with her sister, Kenley, (and with a little help from their parents) to create Diabestie Brand LLC.
We believe that no one should have to choose between getting the medical supplies they need and other essential things in life. That’s why we designed a simple but versatile product: a bracelet that doubles as a hair tie. It’s stylish, functional, and the perfect accessory for every person living with diabetes, or anyone who wants to show support for a cause close to their heart.
But we don’t stop there.
For every bracelet we sell, $1 is donated to a charity that helps families struggling to afford the high costs of diabetes care. Our mission is to raise awareness, provide financial support, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those living with Type 1 Diabetes.
Why the Bracelet? Francie wanted to create something that could fit into everyday life while still supporting the cause. This bracelet serves as a reminder that small actions can have a big impact, and it’s a symbol of the strength and resilience of the diabetes community.
Our Promise At Diabestie Brand, we are committed to making a difference. We’re not just a business – we’re a community of people who care, support, and believe in positive change. Every bracelet sold helps fund important resources and support for families facing the financial burden of managing diabetes. Together, we can make a lasting impact.
Thank you for supporting our mission. When you wear Diabestie, you’re not just wearing a bracelet – you're wearing hope.
